For ESM (Below 40 Yers)

b Carrying a Weight 50 Kg to a Distance of 200 mtr in 2 min.
For (40-45 Years)
a 1.5 Km run in 7 min 48 Sec
b Carrying a Weight 50 Kg to a Distance of 200 mtr in 2 min.10 sec
